We gladly take
submissions from members; race reports, congratulations to someone you know who ran a race, completed a goal etc. Members like to hear what other members are doing with their running! Submissions to the newsletter are
due no later than the 10th of each month. Email your submissions to Angie Salas:

Race Directors: We will print your Race Entry form in black/white copy and post it on our website for $25 per
month. We also have a FREE option which allows you to have your event listed
on our monthly events calendar as well as run a small advertisement if you wish for 3 month prior to the race. Please contact
Angie if you wish to utilize either of these services. All entries must be submitted in PDF or WORD format. Race entries should
be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance of the race to ensure we can get it in by printing time each month.
